With sustainable and sophisticated water collection systems, as well as an irrigated garden system, no municipal water is needed for maintenance. Rainwater from the roof is collected through gutters and passes through an initial 40 m³ tank, then pumped to another 140 m³ tank, and finally to several flexible cisterns, totaling 530 m³ of storage capacity.

After being filtered and purified, the water is pumped to a 24 m³ tank that supplies irrigation for the estate. Uncollected water infiltrates the ground, replenishing the groundwater table. The insulation is complete thanks to metal shutters and absolute integration with its natural surroundings.
